Job Description
INVESTOR RELATIONS
- Monitor and analyze price behavior of the company’s stock in the stock market and provides analysis on abnormal drop and rise of the company’s share price.
- Secure and analyze financial data for reference in response to investors’ queries and request for updates on operations and financial performance of the corporation.
- Prepare drafts of periodic management discussion and analysis for quarterly and annual reports to SEC and PSE.
- Maintain and update the website of the company.
- Assist in the publication of a company annual report for investors, creditors and other stakeholders.
- Secure stockholders profile on a quarterly basis for record and reference of Finance Dept and determine market float and public ownership of the corporation periodically.
CREDIT PROCUREMENT AND BANK RELATIONS
- Assist in establishing credit lines with banks.
- Facilitate preparation of documents required by banks in connection with the establishment and availment of credit facilities.
- Assist in evaluating different product lines offered by financing institutions and recommend products that may be beneficial for the company (i.e. hedging opportunities, leasing options, etc.).
OTHER TASKS:
- Prepare presentation materials for regular and special Board and Stockholder meetings.
- Prepare various company presentation materials for various groups and users for different purposes.
- Perform other tasks that are from time to time assigned by the Investor Relations and Business Development Officer.
- Take on other projects and tasks that are assigned by CFO and top management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy.
- Has a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), CPA is preferred.
- At least 4 years and up of work experience in the related field.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in SAP system in a manufacturing set-up.
- Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.
- Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas.
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP).
- Up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with finance databases.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Can handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible, honest, competent, and has leadership quality.
