Job Description

1. Equipment Maintenance:
- Equipment Reliability
- Knowledge of Mechanical Components
- Planning and Organizing
2. Maintenance and Cost Control
- Timely completion of major mechanical works
3. Tools Inventory
4. Adherence to the Customer Call
- Customer Focus
5. Maintenance Reporting
- Creating reports and documents
6. Leading the Team and Monitoring
- Coaching and Mentorship
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or quivalent.
- At least 5-8 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in the operations and maintenance of different kinds of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Required skills: planning and scheduling, mechanical maintenance, SAP PM Module, MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Preferably with experience in cement, mining, or equivalent
- With good work ethics and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Willing to work in Bulacan.
