Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the Plant - Operation Petty Cash Fund
- Monitor the progress of projects and corresponding goods receipt is updated in the system.
- Secure certificate of provisional and final acceptance from the end-user once the project is completed
- Check variances between contractors project completion against ECC progress report
- Maintain project records and ensure that all ongoing projects have a corresponding purchase order
- Cascade and implement strict compliance of all accounting-related policies and guidelines at the project
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Work Location: Bulacan Plant (board & lodging is provided)
