Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Checks and monitor manpower billing before payroll upload provided by the manpower agency
- Timely submission of validated reports for payment including monthly expanded and compensation withholding taxes, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, SSS & other processing
- Coordinate with Contractors on different concerns
- Assist in processing Payroll. Accountable for all employee payroll related queries
- Employee Onboarding
- Timekeeping (Schedule upload etc.)
- Provide overall support to other HR Facets
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Has at least 4 years of working experience in Payroll, timekeeping, and benefits or any related field is required for this position
- Has knowledge in HR System
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Willing to be based in Bulacan Plant (Board and lodging is provided)
