ERP Systems Engineer  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support, administer and maintain Ramco Systems in the Plant for modules;

• Production
• Maintenance
• Inventory
• RTI
• Logistics
• Weighbridge
• LIMS Integration
• Optima
• CWMS
• Facial Recognition
• Project Management

2. Gather new requirements and process change, improvements in the Plant modules.

3. Coordinate projects related to Ramco Systems in the Plant.

4 . Master Data custodian for Production, Maintenance, Inventory, and Project Management Modules.

5. Ensure Ramco Systems have maximized the use of the system in the Plant.

6. Gather requests for Dashboards in the Plant and ensure accuracy of the data being published.

7. Ensure RTI is integrating properly with Ramco Systems. Reports such as Production and Consumptions, DOR, and RTI reports are accurate.

8. Participate in Disaster Recovery Drill in the Plant.

9. Coordinate with IT Risk on the proper access of the users in the Plant and configure properly.

10. Help and assist in implementation of IT Systems related projects in the Plant, Ramco or non Ramco applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Accountancy and at least 8 years relevant work experience in Information Technology

• At least 4 years relevant work experience in Information technology support and administration role

• Has relevant work experience in IT Security, IT Risk Analysis, and ISMS

• Experience in performing DRP and BCP activity

• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• Good communication and presentation skills
