Marketing Assistant  

Job Responsibilities:

• Check execution of promos and programs, and report to Marketing Manager. Specifically, call and/or visit retailers and sub-dealers to confirm received points/GCs and installed Sodexo mobile pass app.
• Conduct competitor check in terms of branding and promos.
• Source out and coordinate internally marketing materials and giveaways.
• In-charge of keeping inventory of existing marketing materials
• In charge of events set-ups.
• Support marketing team in all programs as needed. Report to Marketing Manager
• May be assigned different tasks from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
• Willing to travel. With valid drivers license is an advantage
