Job Description
- Tagging of advances from customers in reference to SO's (from receipt vouchers to actual invoices)
- Validation of CM application, over and underpayment due to price adjustments
- Reconciliation of payments details vs. Invoices
- Perform the following AR process
- Customer Balance Adjustment
- Customer Balance Transfer
- AR/OR Process
- Regular Dealer Accounts both for cash and terms
- Tax Receivables
- Rebates and other Incentives
- Credit Management
- Reports preparation and analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Accountancy/ Accounting Technology/ Financial Management or any related program/course
- With at least 3 years work experience in Credit and Collection Function
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Ability to formulate complex formula for data consolidation, knowledge on basic accounting principles and standards
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
