Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helps create and review company policies and procedures regarding Performance Management and overall Employee code of conduct
- Lead, assist, coordinate, and / or provide support for the design and implementation of corporate interventions related to culture shaping, change management, leadership development, integration, and strategy implementation
- Conducts organizational surveys and analyzing of actual and thorough information and recommend areas for improvements based on the data gathered
- Oversees employee compliance with Performance Management processes such as KRA/KPI setting and performance review
- Assisting in the review and preparation of data, analytics, and insights to support decision making on succession reviews, development programs, and attraction activities
- Researches, and assists in the conceptualization and implementation of OD programs which are aligned to the company’s direction.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- With at least 4 years of HR, Organizational Development, or Talent Management experience
- Knowledge of the performance management, organization study, and change enablement best practices, methods, approaches, and techniques
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
