Job Description
- Will focus mainly on closing all job openings including Support, Manufacturing Support, Operations and New projects.
- Will be assigned in the plant from time-to-time to fast track recruitment thereby conducting a 1-day process recruitment
- Implement new recruitment methods in a wide array of industries including but not limited to Semiconductor, Feed/Flour Mills, Coal fired Power Plant, Mining industry and etc.
- Ensure to hire qualified employees to meet our Company’s current and future needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Satisfactory Oral and Written Communication Skills
