Job Description
- Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between Company representative and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
- Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations and descriptions, and available financing options.
- Proposes strategic acquisition of properties.
- Reconcile land records regularly.
- Organize land records systematically.
- Ensure implementation of policies relating to property acquisition.
- Prepares compliant reports as required by Superiors.
- Provide a timely and cost effective liaisons services
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of work experience in Manufacturing or related field
- Licensed Broker
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Graduate of BS Business Management or related courses
