Job Description
Specifically the job calls for the following :
1) Conceptualize and execute a plan for advertising through online and social media and should be able to develop promotional strategies through the same.
2) Organize, train and manage a responsive and effective help desk for our distributors and our own direct customers. He or she should have a good read of the preferences of the C & D markets.
3) Monitor daily failed transactions of cutomers and contact the said cutomers to address the issue and solve the problem.
Since we are a start up the marketing department will be built from scratch and do the ff:
a) creat and launch a promotional program for our existing brand. this will be done through socail media.
b) create a rewards program for our users
c) create an SOP for a cusotmer help desk and train the help desks of our provincial distributors
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in digital marketing
- Experienced in managing customer relation
- Background in social media advertising
- Good read on C & D market preference
