Job Description

Hello from e-pon Team!

CSR is responsible for answering general inquiries regarding our product thru chat and email, responsible for checking and updating the SR TSR for escalation routes.

Main Functions:

  • Utilizes soft skills and provides the accurate information regarding what the e-pon digital is and what our
  • app is about.
  • Raises escalation concerns thru proper channels and
  • Resolves incoming tickets based on the concerns of the end user or merchant.
  • Will handle chat and email inquiries via the ticketing system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least reached 2 years in college, vocational or under graduate.
  • Fresh graduate or with experience as a customer service representative on the BPO industry or similar field is required.
  • With 2 years or above experience with the BPO industry as customer service representative is an advantage but not requirement.
  • At least familiar about web-based tools such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Zoho or any ticketing system.
  • Excellent communications skills, must be proficient in written and oral English.
  • Can work well with others, as well as professional in dealing with customers/clients/colleagues.
  • Integrity, can work under minimal supervision and has the initiative to complete tasks prior to deadlines or SLAs.
  • Must be amenable to work on site in BGC, Taguig.
