HR Analyst  

The HR Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from the employee life cycle. Moreover, the HR Analyst provides findings that can be used for productivity, retention and engagement strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains HR dashboards and reporting tools
• Creates and submits weekly and quarterly customized HR reports as required by the HR Manager
• Audits HR data from time to time to maintain data integrity and troubleshoot irregularities
• Analyzes data regarding attendance records, employee productivity, retention and turnover rates
• May be asked to assist in training needs analysis to identify competency gaps
• Oversees the performance management system to ensure that all employees are receiving performance reviews regularly
• Conducts employee engagement surveys and recommends ways to improve job satisfaction and employee morale
• Analyzes reasons why employees resign from the company and uses the information to address attrition
• Identifies top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work for E&L and recommends talent attraction and retention strategies
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• College graduate of Statistics, Psychology or any related course
• At least 3 years working experience in Analytics
• Has working knowledge of most HR functions
• Possesses integrity and strong work ethic for working with confidential information
• Ability to work with various data, analyze and form conclusions
• Has attention to detail and quickly identifies trends in data
• Ability to present data both in oral and written form
• Ability to create understandable spreadsheets, charts and presentations
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
