Warehouse Specialist  

Job Summary:

You will be responsible on recording and monitoring of the day to day inventory by conducting daily cycle counts and monthly wall to wall count. Will be the key personnel in transacting all incoming and outgoing items accurately and real time, reconciling and conducting investigations on any discrepancies. Works closely to 3PL Storage for inventory reconciliation. Will work side by side with the Accounting Department and Planning & Inventory Control that all set standards are followed such as Records keeping, ERP System real time transactions and following FIFO, FEFO and GMP.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily and weekly inventory monitoring to be submitted to Planning & Inventory Control
2. Conducts cycle count as schedule and monthly wall to wall count.
3. Reconciled actual quantity on hand versus system. Provides reason of inaccuracy of data versus system.
4. Checks Bin Cards submitted by Inventory Custodian on a daily basis. Verify correctness and completeness of records.
5. Maintains record of Production Date and Expiration dates. Provide feedback and report of the status of aging of items(Short Shelf Life).
6. Coordinated and monitors daily inventory transfer from other warehouse to ensure that all items were properly documented and transacted.
7. Real time generations of Gross Receipt No (GRN), verifying correctness of Receiving Report (RR) prior encoding
8. Monitors and prepares batching report of repacking / re-boxing.
9. Prepares report on the negative / unserved items. Provides reason of unserved
10. Coordinates with 3PL Storage for the inventory reconciliation and analysis
11. Validates actual pull ins and out versus records.
12. Request for inventory adjustment, provide Incident Report for the reason of request.
13. Records and monitors return items from supplier. Real time submission to Accounting for quantity adjustments.
14. Coordinate and collaborate to other team members for the improvement of system.
15. Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

• Industrial Engineering Graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in inventory and warehouse management or at least College Level with at least 4-5 years’ experience in warehouse management, inventory reconciliation.
• Knowledgeable in ERP based system
• Flexible and willing to work long hours
• Good comprehension and with analytical skills
• Can withstand cold storage temperature
