Job Description
The Admin Associate is responsible for ensuring office cleanliness, safety and security. The Admin Associate is also responsible for timely requests for payment for utilities, office supplies, pantry supplies and other office equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles logistics management for company events
- Procures office equipment as needed
- Coordinates with Facilities Specialist for repairs or any other concerns
- Ensures timely and complete processing of administrative requirement on facilities, expenditures, fixed assets and general services.
- Monitors the inventory of office supplies and orders monthly requests from supplier
- Monitors pantry supplies for V&F office
- Monitors medicine supplies for V&F office
- Updates Admin trackers (lunch, keys and the like)
- Perform other Admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any course
- At least 1 year work experience in Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office
