Warehouse Supervisor | Meycauayan, Bulacan  

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for monitoring warehouse day-to-day activities, both inbound and outbound. He works closely with other departments such as Purchasing and Sales in ensuring that incoming shipments or deliveries are accurate, and that all customer orders are being served correctly and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles and recommending improvements
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities
• Ensure that shipment materials match job order before dispatching orders
• Order boxes and plastics to be used for repacking
• Ensure proper packaging, placement and transport of products
• Work closely with Accounting department for payments to suppliers
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and third party logistics provider
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time

• At least 1-year experience as a Supervisor in a warehouse, preferably cold storage, with proven ability to supervise Operations
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages like QuickBooks
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful reports
• Effective interpersonal and people management skills
• Strong time management skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedule

Location and Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday Working Schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan Bulacan
