Warehouse Receiving Checker  

Receiving of Deliveries:

You will be responsible on checking the Production and Expiration dates of items, ensuring that the document matches the actual item before unloading the container. You will work closely with the Inventory Assistant on the documentation side and with Stockman for the items that has been already been tagged in the racking.

Dispatching of Orders

You will be responsible for ensuring that order details mentioned in Job Order/Picklist matches actual items prepared the Order Preparer, reconciling and conducting investigations on any discrepancies. You will also be making sure that warehouse standard operating procedures like FEFO & FIFO are being followed by the Order Picker.

Primary Responsibilities:

Receiving of Deliveries:

1. Ensure and check proper documents during acceptance.
2. Check accuracy as to:
   • Recorded weights.
   • Delivery quantity.
   • Declaration of Production and Expiration Dates.
3. Provide tally sheets to Inventory Analyst.
4. Reconcile with the records, documents and report generated.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Dispatching of Deliveries:

1. Ensure and check proper items match job order/pick list.
2. Confirm that all product issuance are correct.
3. Follow FEFO/FIFO.
4. Acts as a Quality Inspection checker.

• High School Graduate or College Level on any course
• Required Language: English, Tagalog
• Prefererably with work experience in FMCG/Meat Industry, Cold Storage Facility
• Willling to work on shifting schedule
• Can withstand +10 degree to -18 degree room temperature
• Detail Oriented and a Team Player
