Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collection Related Task
- Direct visit to the customer to collect payment in Cash or Check
- Persuade the customer to pay within
- Deliver Provisional Receipt to the customer under an online payment scheme
- Delivery of Statement of Account to the customer as needed
- Skip trace or locate an address to being recovery process for a delinquent account
Administrative Work
- Transact with Bank Deposit Cash/Check collection for the day
- Prepares Weekly Collection Plan for Department consumption
- Prepares Daily Collection Report
- Photocopy/Scan related collection documents i.e DR, PR, SOA and CM
Others
- Perform Other Tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate
- 2-years experience as a collection agent in any industry
- Willing to be trained
- Honest and Trustworthy
- Has a good sense of customer service, patience, and diligence
- Computer literate
- Know how to drive a motorcycle
- Willing to work in Antipolo City
