Job Description
- Core Accountability - Develop and monitor the learning and development system, and its implementation, in the organisation of DNX Indonesia.
- Development Planning & Budget - Generate long term and short term target of development budgeting and planning
- Competencies - Creates all competencies and career path for every position in DNX Indonesia
- Employee Development - Creates and monitor development system implementation to make sure all employee development monitored and executed as per required
- Operator Training Program - Supervise and make sure that OTS is implemented as it required in all sites.
- Regulation & Procedure – Working with user make sure that training procedure align. Update and monitoring regulation and procedure related.
- Training Effectiveness - Monitor the training program implemented through training effectiveness review and discussions with managers. Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Minimum S1 from any major
- Experience: Minimum 8 years experiences hands on and managing training responsibility. Preferable in mining industry.
