Job Description
1. Planning and Organization
- Submits regularly required reports to immediate superior and other related information that is beneficial to the business
- Submits a monthly sales forecast and collection objectives every start of sales cycle
- Facilitates the Customers Information Sheet application; ensures all required data and necessary requirements are complete
- Plans and works out the most efficient and effective method for handling sales presentation, trade programs and services
- Develops account management plan to meet business objectives through effective business presentations, reports and other documents according to the client needs
2. Sales and Collection
- Quote and negotiate prices, credit terms and prepare contracts on Modern trade customers.
- Ensure placement of PO from the accounts handled to increase sales
- Informs promotional activities, new products, updated prices, forms, packaging and other relevant information that can trigger changer from original contracts or agreements
- Reconciles Statement of Accounts with Credit & Collection Department and with customers as needed to ensure serviceability of the accounts
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the District Sales Manager and Trade Marketing Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field,
- At least 2 years of working experience in the sales and marketing of FMCG or related field is required for this position
- Able to communicate effectively to customers or clients
- Interpersonal skill, social perceptiveness, patience, and self-confidence
- Communication skill: verbal, written, and active listening
- Computer skills: spreadsheet and word processing programs
