Job Description
- Ensures achievements of annual sales target
- Promotes/sells product and service of company to current and prospective customers
- Creates customers master list, profiles, schedules, necessary for territorial efficiency
- Crates and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals
- Creates and submits territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis
- Surveys new opportunities/customers for company products and services
- Follows-up on new leads and referrals
- Promotes and maintains a professional relationship with customers (external and internal)
- Handles all customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Monitors timely placement and delivery of sales orders
- Ensures prompt collection of payment
- Implements company marketing plans and strategies
- Fulfill other duties as directed by Immediate Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must be graduate of any 4 year course. Candidates with degrees in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering will have an advantage
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the field of sales is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- With strong background for product presentation and discussion is a plus
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Willing to do field work
- Required skill(s): negotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated and passionate in achieving monthly sales quota
- Commission and incentives on sales
- College Level can be considered as long as he/she has background in Sales
