Job Description
As a Civil Engineer, you will be trained to do the following:
- Analyze architectural plans and actual measurements
- Prepare a materials cost estimate for roofing materials and insulation
- Prepare cutting list / Production writing
- Check Job Order before production
- Provide shop drawing and details
- Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary
- Perform actual measurement on site
- Responsible for accurate measurement, details and site informations.
- Prepare actual sketch/ plan for basis of estimate and production.
- Attend jobsite, technical and coordination meeting.
- Project in Charge (PIC) on special/big projects.
- Project monitoring/supervision
- Manpower monitoring/supervision
- Roll forming on site monitoring/supervision
- Production and delivery scheduling (on site)
- Receiving night deliveries-special projects.
- Prepare billing requirements, such as accomplishment report, sketches and pictures.
- Ensure quality installation.
- Ensure the project finished on time with certificate of acceptance by the clients.
- Deployed to job sites to take actual measurements of roof framings.
- Supervise installation of roofing and insulation materials.
- Report to Head Office regarding the status of ongoing projects.
- Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bacher degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least have knowledge in Estimating, CAD Designing, Site Inspection, and Project Handling.
- Working experience is not necessary but prior experience in a construction-related company is an advantage.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday; 8am to 5pm.
- Willing to do Overtime.
- Willing to do Fieldwork.
