Job Description
- Preparation of monthly remittance and submission of monthly/quarterly reports (SSS, Philhealth, HMO, Pag-ibig)
- Facilitates clearance of resigned employees
- In-charge of routing clearance related documentation
- Issuance of cellphones and sim cards to employees
- Coordination with HMO, monitoring, and updating of members
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development Management
- With 2-3 yrs related experience
- Well-versed in compensation and benefits administration (SSS, Pag-ibig, HMO, Philhealth) and government online remittance and payment system
- Highly organized and can meet deadlines
