Job Description
- Oversees internal operating controls, process, and practices.
- Recommends changes and enhancements to existing policies and controls to make sure they are current, adequate, functional and utilized in accordance with standards established by the government and the company.
- Manages a team of junior and senior auditors, reviewing their works and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Accountancy graduate, preferably CPA or have earned a master's degree
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP guidelines and Local Gov't rules and regulations
- Strong Background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques
- Prior success conducting external or internal audits in a manufacturing company is a plus
- Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions
- Excellent written and oral communication ability
- Strong time Management and organizational skills
- Internal or external auditor in a reputable auditing firm, assigned in a Mfg. company
- Handling supervisory or managerial position for at least 2 years.
