Job Description
- Does end-to-end recruitment.
- Represent the company in career fairs.
- Coordinate with Universities or Colleges regarding recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and endorse qualified candidates.
- Maintenance of 201 Files.
- Manage sourcing channels.
- Come up with a recruitment plan, taking into account budget and best methods to advertise job vacancies.
- Come up with a Weekly Recruitment Report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- With a solid background in the field of Recruitment.
- Extensive experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in headhunting is an advantage.
- Experience in hiring for supervisory and managerial positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a staff/assistant.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm in Greenhills, San Juan.
