Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Conduct background check of applicants
- Collect pre-employment requirements of applicants
- Maintain 201 Files
- Create and issue ID to newly hired employees
- Facilitate ATM Payroll application of employees
- Attend job/career fairs and PESO fairs
- Assist Recruitment Officer
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
- Previous experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
- Can work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Computer literate / Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Willing to render fieldwork
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm in Greenhills, San Juan
