Job Description
The Information Technology (IT) Staff is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of online support, network administration, as well as hardware and software systems. He will also be tasked in working on projects to help the growth of the company's technology infrastructure and other related jobs deemed necessary.
What will you do?
- Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive manner
- Setup, management, and maintenance of IT-related equipment
- Monitor backup jobs and ensure high level of completion success rate
- Manage time and projects effectively
- Help put processes in place to maintain a stable network environment
- Training staff/users with IT-related equipment
- Troubleshoot, install, and implement systems
- Provide input and recommendations regarding hardware and software technologies
- Maintainenance of hardware and software to ensure integrity of operations processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology or other related courses
- With at least 2 years working experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in Linux and Firewall
- Knows how to configure CCTV cameras for setup and set up a network
- Willing to do fieldwork and render overtime if necessary
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm
- Not currently employed / Can start ASAP
