Job Description
- Coordinate design and estimate requirements with subcontractor and consultants.
- Prepare & coordinate request for information (RFI) regarding design issue.
- Obtain & coordinate supplier’s material quotation necessary during bidding.
- Understand and review plans.
- Estimate and prepare quantity take-off for tenders Civil Works.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Evaluate Civil Works subcontractor’s proposal.
- Prepare & evaluate Civil subcontractor’s claims, variation orders & subcontractor’s internal claims.
- Handle & monitor Civil subcontractor’s contract, variation orders and all progress payment.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of related working experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Civil works)
- Knowledgeable in building methods and materials, estimating building, material and labor costs.
- Has the ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Experience and exposure handling BPO projects is an advantage.
