For you to be able to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Around 3 years’ experience with systems administration experience with the Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) for the Recruitment and onboarding modules, preferably with version 13 or higher.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting and HR processes and familiarity with HR and recruiting metrics.
  • At least 3 years of HRIS experience, preferably implementing and supporting HR information system
Job Description

The Taleo Administrator is responsible for providing end user and business process support across the entire HRIS/People technology portfolio of systems.

As a Taleo Administrator, you will:

  • Assist end users, shared services teams and centers of expertise in the optimal use of HR technology, providing outstanding service delivery, promoting best practices and adhering to established business processes.
  • Provide support in maintaining superior quality People data within the various HRIS/People technology systems.
  • Review data submitted or stored within the HRIS applications to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Recommend changes or enhancements to data rules, training materials and systems in an effort to improve data quality and business process improvement.
  • Be responsible for reviewing the referential and historical integrity of data within the People Data repositories.
  • Perform quality assurance and conduct data audits for all systems maintained by the HRSS - HR Systems stream.
