Job Description
- Assist in improving and implementing proper inventory control procedures and processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee and ensure day-to-day operations and staff if operational standards are followed (e.g. Receiving, Stock Transfer, RTV, MUBU, Store Use)
- Lead the physical count
- Conduct random and surprise physical count
- Review inventory counts and balance accuracy
- If there are product loss, assist in creating and implementing a plan to correct issue
- Identifying causes of issues of wrong inventory and implementing process improvements
- Regular checking of Unshipped Transfers, Unreceived Transfers, Unshipped RTV, Unprocessed Store Use, Open Status PO and Pending Receipts. Ensure these processes are processed on time.
- Ensure all items for makeup / breakup are documented and processed/ encoded in the system to avoid negative inventory in the system.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements (With Experience)
- Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, BS Math, other related business courses
- With experience in retail, warehousing and inventory control management and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in office applications (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
- Familiarity with operating computerized inventory system is a plus
- With good interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relate to members of departments within working environment
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Willing to travel (Visayas and Mindanao)
Requirements (Without Experience)
- Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, BS Math, other related business courses
