Job Description
- Turn on and off the sound system and computer for selling area music.
- Receive, log, and release the unclaimed baggage.
- Receive and log documents from other branches/delivery units.
- Attend to customers who have appointments with the head and other employees under back offices.
- Receive and forward calls/pullouts from customers or employees.
- Release Gate-pass for Out/Tagum/Toril/Bajada and Gensan.
- Record and give SOA bills to their respective assignees for identification of numbers, collection, and for voucher.
- Forward it to accounting for payment.
- Provide information to callers.
- Page missing person.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Assist with other related clerical duties such photocopying, faxing, filing, and the like.
- Receive coins receipt from treasury and forward it to the in-charge for cinema pass exchange.
- Check and clean the conference room before going out.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
