Job Description
Mall Operations Assistants work provides administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of the mall. She reports directly to the Mall Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties.
- Manage records of Mall Operations’ policies and procedures.
- Courier important files.
- Provide innovative ideas.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned or required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in business.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient interpersonal skills.
- Team player, outgoing, systematic, and innovative.
- Adept in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Willing to travel.
