Human Resources Officer  

The Human Resources Officer is mainly accountable for all functional areas of HR, such as employee recods, training, compliance with government laws, employee relations, orientation, compensation, and retention. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Implements and administers human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination in coordination with HR- Main office.
• Ensures policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
• Assists in the development, management, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintains records, reports, and logs pertaining to governmental regulations.
• Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

• A graduate of BS Human Resources, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course.
• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience handling different HR functional areas preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in MS Applications.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator.
• Good leadership skills..
• Keen to details.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, managers, and individuals outside of the department at all levels of the company.
• Self-motivated and capable HR Officer, who understands the importance and responsibilities of the Human Resources function.
