Company Nurse  

Functional Overview:

The Company Nurse will oversee corporate wellness by providing basic healthcare services, manage health risks, and promote a productive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administers general first aid to employees when needed
• Coordinates employee treatment, referrals, clearances, and medical leaves
• Validate medical certificates
• Maintain and manage medical records of employees, conduct inventory of medicines and other medical supplies and equipment
• In- charge in requisition of medicine
• Assess employee health risks and ensure that safety standards are met by identifying any potential safety hazards in the work environment
• Prepare government reports (such as Annual Medical Report/Annual Work Accident and Illness Report)
• In- charge of Monthly Health Report (medical cases, accident and medicine inventory) • Promotes Monthly Health Awareness/ Health Program and Health Activities
• Coordinate with HMO, assist in the Pre-Employment Medical Exam and Annual Medical Examination of employees
• Facilitates referrals to specialists and health provider
• Performs work related tasks as assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Minimum Competencies:

• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suites
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor in Science major in Nursing
• Registered nurse with an active PRC license
• With at least 1 to 2 years of proven work experience as company nurse or related field • BOSH certification is preferred, but not required
• Experience working in a BPO company is a plus but not required
• Amenable to work in Taguig
