We are looking for a QA Analyst to focus on our DrChrono EHR, one of EverCommerce’s solutions. Our mission is to build a technology platform that enables medical practices of all sizes to make care more informed, more personalized, more interactive, and more adaptable. Our platform has been used by thousands of physicians who in turn have provided care to millions of patients. Our products can be completely tailored to any medical practice—small, large, or specialty—and are open to third-party innovation via a robust API. In this role, you will work alongside other quality assurance testers, developers, and product owners on one of our agile teams to deliver a highly stable, quality software product to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews test procedures and develops test cases and Executes test cases under varying circumstances
- Documents and evaluates test results
- Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
- Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
- Monitor logs for output to ensure confidential credentials are not outputting to them.
- Identify report bugs to developers and help them execute/reproduce
- Work with CSE’s and other supporting customer engineering departments
- Execute test cases on web, mobile and any device as deemed necessary
- Partner with other QA engineers to drive QA efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work on US Timezones
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing and QA
- 2-5 years experience in Agile/SDLC and regression testing
- High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Knowledge in test management software like Testrail, Zephyr, Bugzilla
- Good working knowledge of JIRA , browsers, operating systems, handheld devices
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Selenium webdriver
- Experience with Python, Ruby, Java or any programming language
- Experience with API testing
- Experience with other tools such as Sentry, Datadog, Zendesk
- Experience in healthcare space
