Job Description
The Implementation Services Coordinator is responsible for providing ancillary support to the onboarding, training, and technical functions of the Implementation Services team. In this role, you will also be responsible for supporting team leadership on initiatives to maximize team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Assign and manage technical projects related to customer software implementations
- Serve as liaison between technical team members and customers, as needed, to provide regular project updates
- Supplement the team’s customer outreach efforts, as needed, to ensure customers are staying engaged and that their implementation project stays on track
- Revise email templates, internal process documents, and other customer onboarding collateral to streamline operations and maximize efficiency
- Implement and maintain documentation for team processes and procedures
- Adapt to process and organizational structure changes as the team grows and evolves
- Explore new opportunities for improving processes
- Present weekly project updates and statuses to team leadership
Note: Applicant must be willing to work on a night shift (EST/PST/MDT). Basic salary ranges from ₱30,000 to ₱70,000 depending on the applicant's skillsets and performance during the interview process.

- Experience successfully managing and executing customer projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A great eye for identifying areas of improvement
- An ambitious streak! When you encounter an issue or an inefficient process, you are naturally driven to come up with a solution and lead the charge on execution
- Experience working on a growing team or in a growing organization
Nice-to-have…
- 4-year college degree
- SaaS customer onboarding/implementation experience
- Experience using a project management tool/software experience (i.e. Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
- JIRA experience
- Salesforce experience
- Experience in healthcare, most notably experience in handling protected health information (PHI) and familiar with HIPAA law
