DrChrono Associate Partner Manager  

Our Business Development team is looking for an entry-level partnerships manager to help grow our footprint across DrChrono’s vast partnerships ecosystem. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with partners and finding creative ways to make DrChrono’s solutions work in organizations. You will identify ways to expand collaboration with partners and act as an internal advocate for DrChrono’s clients.

You will be responsible for supporting partner requests, inquiries, and growth on a day to day basis. You will need to help Partners integrate with DrChrono’s platform and services to achieve their business goals. You’ll need to be comfortable being external facing and also being able to work with our product and engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.

You will learn on the job about and be doing:

• Manage a large number of smaller partners; able to prioritize quickly and effectively.
• Be analytical and able to measure partner growth and identify “breakouts” that deserve broader attention at DrChrono.
• Understand how to drive Drchrono placement across partner platforms.
• Be able to talk about DrChrono’s partnership strategy and the platform ecosystem.
• Effectively and strategically address partner concerns and issues.
• Work with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to make sure customers have the best possible experience across all aspects of DrChrono.
