Curriculum Manager  

Draper Startup House (DSH) is looking for a talented and driven individual to work on a contract basis as an eLearning curriculum builder.

Are you a creative storyteller with highly developed digital skills and a passion for explaining complex concepts? Are you a self-starter, with outstanding collaborative and communication skills who is also able to work independently?

As a curriculum developer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing high quality learning programs for DSH Manila, and potentially our global sites & Draper University.

Job Duties

• Design learning experiences - classroom, virtual, e-learning to support our community in having an impact in their careers.
• Lead the intake of projects - assessing how learning can meet the business needs and recommending solutions that will support performance and behavior change.
• Manage stakeholders and subject matter experts in the content development process, ensuring alignment, engagement and expectation management.
• Drive unknowns into clear outcomes through ideation, thought partnership and putting options on the table for iteration.
• Deliver knowledge transfers of updated and new courses to ensure instructors can effectively teach the material.
• Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment. Lead process improvement efforts.
• Has extensive knowledge of frameworks and experience in applying them to management and leadership development programs, succession planning, assessments, and coaching.
• Conducts coaching and mentoring sessions to trainees in order to identify areas of improvement and opportunities while keeping a written record of all interactions
• Supervise client communications, new programs launch, and onboarding processes.

• 4+ years experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Experience designing and developing training materials and content to include creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials
• Outstanding verbal and written English-language skills and ability to review others’ writing for high quality standards.
• Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance.
