Job Description

  • Assists in general administrative and clerical including mailing, scanning, copying etc.
  • Performs data entry, and scans documents.
  • Assists in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Answers phone calls, and maintains office supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently taking a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Easily adapts to working environment.
  • Good work ethics.
  • Performs tasks accurately, and systematically.
