Job Description
- Prepares legal documents, government filings, letters, memos or reports.
- Documents general corporate houskeeping and specific transactions.
- Acts as a research and information source for corporate structure information, resolutions and other historical corporate information.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information and provides administrative support consistent with the position.
Minimum Qualifications
- With a degree in Law, Legal Management, Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, or the like.
- 1 year experience in Information Security Management System.
- Knowledgeable in the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Can effectively express ideas and present to all levels in the organization.
