Job Description
- Develop and implement the company’s Data Privacy and Security Policy.
- Create ‘best practice’ guidance for data processors.
- Train and advise staff on the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 2012.
- Identify and monitor the data processors whilst at work, ensuring that they deal with data in a manner consistent with the data protection principles.
- Process and respond to all requests for information by data subjects.
- Ensure data remains up-to-date and is destroyed when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- With a degree relevant to the function (could be law, legal management, computer or telecommunication).
- At least 3 years of experience in Information Security Management System
- Has experience in system audit and ISMS implementation.
- Knowledgeable about the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Working knowledge of Information Security Management System.
- Can effectively express ideas and present to all levels in the organization.
