Job Description
- Manages and administers Payroll.
- Keeps, manages, and updates employee files and records.
- Coordinates in the recruitment process.
- Administers pre-employment matters.
- Conducts on-boarding briefing for new employees.
- Performs HR administration.
- Assists in company-wide activities.
- Coordinates staff training programmes.
- Ensures compliance with taxation legislation and other government mandatory contributions such as SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology or any Business-related course.
- 2-3 years of relative work experience.
- Preferably female.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Willing to work in Ortigas area.
- Can start asap.
