Job Description
- Perform basic PMS on machineries and equipment using the standard DDPMC PM checklist as guidelines
- Perform basic house repairs on building common equipment with prior consultation with DDPMC Technical Head and maintain a history of repairs and replacement
- Prepare a Building Equipment Profile complete with nameplate data, nameplate picture, photo of equipment, using the standard format (BEPF)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional License is required.
- Relevant work experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity.
