Job Description
- Staying up to date with industry trends
- Forging and executing exciting digital ideas
- Generating ideas and selling them into clients and other members of the team
- Encouraging others to share and explore their ideas
- Delegating tasks and providing support for less senior members of the team
- Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client
- Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional design skills in both traditional and digital media channels, ideally competent in UI/UX Design
- Experienced with Packaging Design and Branding
- Can lead the team through understanding and translate of client briefs
- A master of Adobe Creative Suite, especially in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a plus point
