Job Description
- Prepare project calendar and milestone;
- Liaise with local government units and other agencies (which require smooth implementation of the project;
- Review and submit physical and financial progress reports of projects for approval and further instructions;
- Review contractor’s payment claims for works accomplished;
- Initiate and/or recommend project variation order as seen fit or as may be required in existing field conditions;
- Recommend corrective measures/catch-up plans for projects incurring delays in implementation;
- Ensure that projects are being implemented in accordance with plans and specifications and works are executed within the timeline;
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
