Job Description
- Prepare & input daily journal into computerized accounting
- Prepares monthly statements and annual statements as follows:
- Balance sheet & Income statement (include counting COGS)
- Cash flow statement
- Complies with state and federal tax Provides financial & tax advice
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting, Economics or and equivalent education
- Experience minimal 3 (three) years in Finance Accounting field specialize in making journal
- Knowledge of CPSSoft Accurate 5.0 Accounting Program Preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Required skills: Accounting; Account Payable; Account Receivable; Bank Reconciliation; Billing & Invoicing; Basic Computer Skills; Financial reporting; Microsoft: MS Excel; Microsoft: MS Office; Taxation; Time management skills Honest; trustworthy; & respectful
