Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Sales Manager and Key Customer Manager, primarily responsible of the COVERAGE of total listed accounts, AVAILABILITY of the products, COLLECTION of receivables, negotiation and monitoring of ACTIVITIES of the Key Accounts to achieve sales objectives.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
COVERAGE
- Ensure Customers / Accounts are regularly covered.
- Ensure daily beat are monitored.
- Responsible for the organized sequence of the daily route.
- Ensure warehouse personnel and delivery teams are well coordinated and updated in regards with the delivery schedule.
- Responsible to represent their Principal.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
AVAILABILITY
- Ensure stocks are placed across catered stores especially New Products.
- Identify opportunities and implement action steps to improve brand performance.
- Monitor stock issues such as Out of stock and Over stock thru proper forecasting.
- Ensure to conduct a store check before taking orders to identify opportunities in the selling area.
ACTIVATION
- Negotiate business-building activities in line with principal sales strategy, according to approved budget.
- Monitor implementation of sales activation programs and billings initiated by the principal.
- Cascade promo mechanics and guidelines of brand initiated programs.
- Present proposal to current and prospective customers regarding promotional plans and strategies of the company.
- Prepare necessary information for business review.
COLLECTION
- Ensure all Account receivables are collected and remitted on a prescribe time.
- Ensure all accounts are informed and properly cascaded the Terms on Trade.
- Responsible for the uncollected and missing invoices of the accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any business course.
- At least two (2) years of work experience in Beauty / Personal Care Sales or Merchandising.
- With working experience in Housekeeping and/or Food Service Industry (HORECA - Hospitals, Restaurant and Cafe) is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer application.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Versatile and flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
