Job Description
Act as a contact between the client and the company. Identify and understand client’s needs and provide solutions. Evaluate and adapt new strategies to keep up with current business trends. Work with Key Accounts Specialist to collaborate in the research of current market trends and foreseeing how these may affect their accounts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in a variety of tasks, which goes beyond sales to draft and manage the relationship between a business entity and its customers.
- Job includes project management, coordination, decisive planning, managing relations and negotiations, leadership, and innovative development of opportunities.
- Give advice to customers regarding product options.
- Provide support to a partner’s product requirements, maintain knowledge of new and existing products, as well as report competitor activities and systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, identify opportunities to up-sell, organize and lead periodical account reviews, effectively communicate with all departments to resolve customer issues, maintain a database of current and potential clients, and provide substantial information relating to sales plans and reports.
- Analyzes and determines the most important account in an organization at any one time.
- Determines the most crucial needs of the key customers and carries them out to ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
- Comes up with a strategy to manage the account and setting objectives about the account management.
- Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine the changing tastes and preferences.
- Carries out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
- Comes up with a pricing structure for the client.
- Manages conflict and comes up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
- Conducts account reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 5-years exposure and hands-on experience as Key Accounts Manager;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
