Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives alligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and monitor overall strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Support current and future business needs through development, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor on training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support to HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience as HR Executive/Manager
- Basic knowledge in mobile and VOD industry
