Job Description
To create systems and procedures that will guide treasury team to do their designated task in securing the cash assets of the company.
- Provide Treasury Systems & Procedure
- Cash Receipts, Deposits & other bank credit memo
- Cash Monitoring / Reconciliation
- All types of payments
- Online
- Check
- Pre-signed
- MC
- Telegraphic, FT, Cash, Debit Memo
- Ensure that sufficient cash is available for operation needs
- Facilitate account opening for corporate bank
- Facilitate account closure
- Prepare ad-hoc report and analysis in terms of cash liquidity
- To maintain good relationship with the bank for future benefits
- Maximize the bank facilities
- • Look for investment opportunities
- To create effective and efficient employees
- To provide seminar & training for learning and development of each employees
- Create motivational tools to uplift departmental output To guard the company against loss of valuable resources
- Provide Fire Insurance
- Provide Comprehensive General Liability
- Provide Fidelity & MSP Insurance • Provide Electronic Equipment Insurance
- To support any other admin work
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be Graduate of any Business Course
- At least 1-year experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
